Chakra Balance

The Chakra system is a model for the flow of energy that runs through all life and through the human energy system. These energy centers look like spinning wheels and allow energy to flow from one part of the body to another. To heal, is to bring the chakras into alignment and balance.

When energy is flowing freely through our Chakras, we feel grounded, creative, powerful, loving, confident, intuitive and connected. When energy is obstructed in our Chakras, we feel constricted, sick, depressed, confused, fearful and disconnected.

The Chakras penetrate all seven layers of the aura. They act as conductors, drawing vital energy up from the earth, circulating it through the physical body and releasing it as higher awareness. Likewise, cosmic energy moves down through the Crown Chakra and manifests as right action, creativity and health.

Our Chakras are the repositories of our thoughts, feelings and attitudes about life. Each Chakra reflects an aspect of personal growth. If we have narrow ideas and limit our existence, then our energy field will be small and narrow. Without the adequate amounts of vital energy, we fall into physical and psychological imbalance. Chronic shortages of energy lead to illness. Our health and wellness depend on active Chakras.
